At RiaΓ±o Shapewear, we understand your excitement to receive your high-quality Colombian shapewear and body-shaping garments. We strive to process and ship your orders with maximum efficiency and care, ensuring your experience is as exceptional as our products.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the confirmation of payment.
You will receive an order confirmation via email once your purchase is successful.
2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times
We currently ship to all of the United States and Canada. Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping option selected and the destination location.
Standard Shipping (USA):
Estimated delivery time: 3β7 business days once shipped.
Cost: Will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Express Shipping (USA):
Estimated delivery time: 1β3 business days once shipped.
Cost: Will be calculated at checkout.
International Shipping (Canada):
Estimated delivery time: 7β15 business days once shipped.
Cost: Will be calculated at checkout.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the weight of your order, the destination, and the shipping option you choose. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping for orders exceeding a certain value, which will be clearly indicated on the Site.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your package directly on the courierβs website.
5. Customs Duties and Tariffs (International Shipments)
For orders shipped to Canada, please note that customs duties, taxes, or additional import charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. We recommend checking with your countryβs customs office for more information.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
It is the customerβs responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. RiaΓ±o Shapewear is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at pedidos@rianoshapewear.com (or a similar support email). We will assist you with the claims process with the courier company and seek the best solution.
