Riaño Shapewear Return and Exchange Policy

At Riaño Shapewear, our goal is your complete satisfaction with every Colombian girdle, shaping legging, or compression garment you purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and simple return and exchange policy.

1. Return and Exchange Period
You have 15 calendar days from the date of your order delivery to request an exchange or a return.

2. Product Conditions for Return or Exchange
For a return or exchange to be accepted, the products must meet the following conditions:

Unworn and Unwashed: The garment must be in its original condition, with no signs of use, washing, stains, or odors.

With Original Tags: All product tags must be intact and attached to the garment.

In Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Intimate Apparel: For hygienic reasons, bras and shorts (especially those for intimate use) can only be returned or exchanged if they have not been worn and retain all their original tags and hygienic liners. A strict inspection will be performed.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products
Items on final clearance or with a special discount (this must be clearly indicated on the product page).

Gift cards.

Products damaged due to improper customer use.

4. Return or Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact Customer Service: Send us an email to devoluciones@rianoshapewear.com (or a similar support email) with your order number and the reason for your request (return or exchange).

Authorization: Our team will review your request and send you detailed instructions and a prepaid shipping label if your request is approved.

Packaging and Shipping: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, including all tags. Attach the shipping label we provide and send the package at the indicated courier office.

5. Refunds
Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets all conditions, we will process your refund.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.

The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges
If you requested an exchange, once the returned product is accepted, we will ship the new size or model you have chosen. Shipping costs for the new item will be covered by Riaño Shapewear for the first exchange.

In case the new item has a different price, the difference will be adjusted.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at colombianfajas@rianoshapewear.com (or a similar support email) including photos of the product and your order number. We will cover all costs associated with the replacement or return in these cases.
